Preface 1: A warning must be given that these files were collect through illegal means and are not to be released to the public. Violation of this security point will be dealt with direct fatality to the one infracting this level of secrecy. These were and have been collected by the management team of “Duster’s Pub” referred to as “The Rats” from this point on. The man known as Kestrel George Wrightman is one of our kin, even if he is a feline. Within the military files we acquired, he received the code name of “Kitty” which we use lovingly in all the differing clans and groupings of animathropes in and around the city of London, U.K. I am sure it is also being used by other external groups he has assisted for so many years with the some jovial respect we use this nickname for him.
